Improved Recovery

One of the Hallmarks of VESPA is a recovery you have to experience to believe is possible. Our athletes are back to training within days of an event because they are not “doing the damage” they need to recover from! By simplifying the fueling process with VESPA you simplify and accelerate the recovery process by preventing cellular/mitochondrial damage . . . now that is a paradigm shift!

Reduce Your Sugar Intake

Nobody needs to tell you too much sugar is going to eventually ruin your health & performance, however, what you are not being told (and need to know ) is metabolically speaking, carbohydrates are sugar (as glucose) as far as your body is concerned. With Vespa you can minimize your dependency on carbs for fueling and, instead, use carbs ‘strategically’ for the performance boost they’re meant to provide.

Stable Blood Sugar

Imagine training and competing in that “flow” state of steady, constant energy, focus and coordination. This is what we call being “Blood Sugar Stable” and this is what happens when you use VESPA to tap into your limitless energy.

Lactate Load

Because VESPA increases your fat metabolism you burn less sugar thus producing less lactate so you can perform at a higher level and be healthier by doing so. Our real world athlete testing demonstrates VESPA is an effective tool to reduce lactate load.

“I finished on a fraction of the calories I used to force down — and I finished without a single stomach problem.”
